What started as a closed down empty grocery store, has now been converted into the new Golden Bear Preschool. It opened for students on August 27th, 2019 and is based in Shelbyville, Indiana.

This was a unique project that was entrusted to 3DPRO as their general contractor that was designed by Indianapolis based Schmidt Associates. The new facility is over 60,000 square feet and includes 15 classrooms and offices for a speech pathologist, occupational therapist, physical therapist and school nurse, as well as a playground both indoors and outdoors.  The project also included conversion of the old B-shops area into the new home of the Shelbyville Central School administrative offices.  Overall construction costs were nearly $10,000,000 and the project was completed within the required 10-month duration.
